Drainage not maintained. Visitors are forced to walk close to Trams due to surface water.
BBC and a Lifeboat visit The Quays. Would have looked better without the rubbish.
Gates have long been forced off and not replaced. There is fencing that needs attention in different parts of The Quays.
Pontoons are regularly vandalised and moved. These are used for water sports.
