There are certain areas on The Quays that suffer more ASB then others. When purchasing or Letting you need to consider the properties position. It could be to a natural gathering place or a bridge, or other structure. Noise travels over water, rather then absorbed by it. This means that sounds are louder then normal.

Unfortunately the sounds of ASB are louder then normal and end up as real nuisance, add to that swearing and screaming with alcohol, and it makes living and visiting The Quays unpleasant.

You also need to consider car parking and security generally. Secure is not the same as Safe.

If you are letting, the property may be an investment and may not have been seen by the purchaser. Properties that are difficult to sell due to various reasons are going to be more discounted.
